Horses have been my passion since I was little and started riding. Later, when I started my professional career in Marketing, I spend most of my free-time with and around horses. When I quit my office job and moved to Spain to pursue my passion and run a 'Natural Horsemanship' stable, caring for horses became my job. I wanted to provide the best possible care for my clients and their horses, which were housed with us.
The climate in the South of Spain, where we were located, is challenging. Extremely hot summers and long periods of drought made many horses struggle. Most of them lost their mane and part of their tales because they were itching 24/7. The over-kill of dust affected their airways and the hot sun and mosquitoes didn't make things better.
Looking for a solution to improve their well-being, I learned about Equine Halotherapy. We did a trial at our stable near Málaga and when I experienced the benefits of this therapy, it became my mission to introduce this to as many horses as possible! Equine Salt exists to improve their well-being, help them feel good and perform better.
